  • Разработка AI агентов на основе современных генеративных сеток (GigaChat и OpenSource)
  • Разработка системы офлайн- и онлайн-метрик для оценки качества LLM-приложений
  • Развитие харнесса агентов для оптимизации метрик, внедрение последних лучших практик в проектировании агентов
  • Интегрировать агентов в общую экосистему по протоколу А2А

Требования:

  • Подтвержденный опыт создания AI/ML продуктов в BigTech и вывода их в эксплуатацию от 3 лет.
  • Экспертное владение Python-библиотеками для AI/ML (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
  • Глубокое понимание LLM & Поиска:
  • Практический опыт работы с RAG, векторным поиском, Semantic Search.
  • Понимание ограничений, текущих LLM, методов повышения и оценки качества LLM.
  • Вы знаете, что такое MLOps/LLMOps, умеете проектировать пайплайны оценки качества (LLM-as-a-Judge).
  • Знание MLOps/LLMOps-инструментов (Docker, LangFuse, Ollama, vLLM).
