Housekeeper Manager

• Primarily supervises the work of all positions within the Housekeeping department.
• Follows up on emails.
• Conducts the daily team meeting.
• Follows step-by-step procedures and must comply with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.
• Responsible for supervising the cleaning of assigned public areas and all hotel guest rooms.
• Reviews the correct implementation of policies, procedures, and LQA standards within the area.
• Reviews the correct completion of printed forms and charges or transactions in the HMS system (primarily laundry).
• Supervises the proper application of cleaning products.
• Promotes and oversees safety regulations in the area.
• Supervises external laundry operations.
• Inspects all arrival rooms for the day and gives final approval ensuring they are in optimal condition for occupancy.
• Reports anomalies in guest rooms and public areas to the corresponding departments.
• Controls room supply costs and expenses to stay within budget.
• Supports cost-saving initiatives wherever possible.
• Checks and ensures control over electronic keys and keychains for each house assigned to their staff.
• Submits warehouse requests to the purchasing department for missing supplies, amenities, and stationery via the Workday system.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.
• 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
