Headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, BeOne Medicines is a global biotechnology company specializing in the discovery and development of innovative oncology treatments. The company leverages an extensive clinical pipeline to develop, manufacture, and commercialize transformative biopharmaceuticals for hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. Through its broad international research network, it aims to accelerate the delivery of accessible, next-generation cancer therapies to patients worldwide.

BeOne continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.

General Description:

As Senior Director, Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will lead GTS’s enterprise OCM strategy in support of the BeOne’s mission: helping BeOne build the next-generation global oncology company and expand access to high-quality cancer therapies worldwide. By proactively orchestrating organizational change, you will enable colleagues, customers, and patients to adopt intuitive experiences, scalable services, and capabilities delivered through a unified technology ecosystem.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Operational Strategy & Enablement, you will serve as GTS’s change architect and strategic advisor to executives and transformation sponsors. You will architect and orchestrate change across multiple regions, cultures, time zones, governance structures, and decision-making models, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes while adapting delivery approaches to local needs. You will shape strategy, portfolio sequencing, sponsorship, governance, and risk mitigation across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI adoption, and operating model redesign, ensuring changes strengthen secure systems, compliant processes, trusted data, and AI-enabled intelligent automation.

You will scale a global OCM center of excellence and practitioner network, establishing methodologies, capabilities, and performance measures that accelerate adoption, organizational readiness, and measurable value. Through coaching and partnerships with the Global Technology Solutions Leadership Team (GTS-LT), Program and Portfolio Governance (PPG), Process and Service Excellence (PSE), Human Resources (HR), Corporate Communications, and business leaders, you will embed change leadership and the North Star outcomes into transformation delivery.

  • Transformation Portfolio Leadership: Oversee OCM across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI, and operating model transformations. Integrate change requirements into portfolio planning, investments, governance, and the GTS Software Delivery Lifecycle to advance a unified technology ecosystem and scalable global capabilities.
  • GBS & Operating Model Transformation: Partner with process owners and GBS leaders on transition strategies, workforce readiness, service adoption, and regional process standardization. Enable scalable services and intuitive experiences for BeOne colleagues while sustaining secure, compliant operations.
  • OCM Center of Excellence: Lead a scalable global OCM capability encompassing methodologies, toolkits, quality standards, practitioner development, communities of practice, and champion networks.
  • Adoption, Readiness & Value Realization: Establish measures for readiness, adoption, proficiency, user experience, and benefits realization. Apply trusted data, stakeholder feedback, and corrective actions to improve outcomes for colleagues, customers, and patients.
  • Leadership Communications & Engagement: Shape transformation narratives and executive communications with Communications and business leaders. Oversee engagement for town halls, leadership forums, and GTS events.
  • Talent & Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a global OCM team. Set objectives, allocate resources, manage partners, and build succession plans.
  • North Star & OKRs: Translate the GTS North Star into actionable OCM priorities, outcomes, and OKRs.
