We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Purpose

• Ensure effective execution of all financial and accounting activities in compliance with international, national and group standards.
• Regularly monitor and report the company’s financial status, while providing timely Information Technology (IT) solutions that support operational efficiency and business needs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control financial activities to ensure conformity with company’s guidelines, legal regulations and accounting standards.
• Coordinate and prepare the annual budget proposal, facilitate the operational and financial commitments of the plant by monitoring the results and proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinate the preparation of the monthly report to provide timely, accurate financial analysis information and support the decision making of the management team.
• Identify training needs and support employee development through training programs.
• Review the trial balance constantly to ensure that wrong postings are minimized.
• Trouble shooting of key account codes in the ledger to ensure correctness of posting.
• Creation of new account code on Navision to ensure proper classification and consistency 
• Oversee the IT department to ensure that technical support is always provided to all users
• Ensure reliable IT system operation and maintenance to support company needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Economics or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience. 
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

The person must have:

• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN or equivalent accounting qualification).
• Leadership, creativity and accountability abilities. 
• Strategic thinking and target focused abilities.
