Influencer Marketing Specialist (BetterMe Store)

Role focus:

Within this role, you will focus on BetterMe Store's sportswear - fashion-focused content and styling.

Your impact:

• Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with fitness professionals, UGC creators, and lifestyle influencers to produce high-quality UGC for social media campaigns - including outreach, sourcing, and negotiating collaboration terms and contracts.
• Develop detailed UGC briefs and moodboards focused on product usage, workout routines, or styling & visual aesthetics to promote BetterMe Store products across key platforms.
• Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and UGC content, leveraging a data-driven approach to optimize future strategies and initiate improvements.
• Continuously monitor market trends, viral formats, and best practices within the health, wellness, and fashion / athleisure industries, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

About you:

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC with a strong focus on content and storytelling (experience with the US market is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with creator/influencer outreach - sourcing, negotiating terms, and managing contracts.
• Proven experience in executing influencer campaigns and driving measurable results on Instagram and TikTok, with a solid understanding of performance marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills for effective collaboration with creators and internal teams.
• Deep understanding of either the fitness & wellness space (workouts, routines, product usage) or fashion & styling (visual storytelling, aesthetics).
• Ability to craft compelling scripts, briefs, and ad concepts (hooks & CTAs) tailored to the target audience.
• Familiarity with TikTok & Instagram content: platform-native formats, creative approaches, and what makes content perform.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., ShopMy) is a plus.
