Strong Middle / Senior Product Analyst
About the role
We're looking for a Strong Middle / Senior Product Analyst to join the team behind CleanMyMacand Moonlock. You will work closely with product and marketing analytics to determine what to measure, analyze why a number changed, and provide actionable insights. The focus of this role is to support ongoing processes, initiate and carry out new research, analyze problems, and generate ideas to improve the product.

In this role, you will:
Analyze user behavior and market trends across the entire acquisition and subscription funnel
Detect anomalies early to understand the reasons behind conversion or churn drops
Design, implement, and interpret A/B tests related to pricing, cancellations, and funnel steps
Set up tracking with our engineers and validate it to measure what impacts revenue
Ensure that findings inform decisions and not just dashboards
Use proactive insights to shape product strategy, experimentation direction, and priorities.
Build analytical models and forecasts for long-term planning
Research and implement analytical methods to accelerate the process
Apply AI to your workflows and propose team standards for AI-assisted analysis and reporting
Skills you’ll need to bring:
4+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Analyst
Advanced SQL skills and real experience working with raw data in a data warehouse, not only with a ready-made analytics interface
Experience building reporting in a BI tool (we use Data Studio)
A track record of finding insights and getting stakeholders to act on them
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
Solid understanding of main SaaS metrics and unit economics
Systematic analytical thinking
Proactivity, attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to formulate clear and concise conclusions
Upper-Intermediate English & fluent Ukrainian
As a plus:
Knowledge of Python/R
Experience with dbt
Experience with GA/GTM
Experience with Google Ads/Facebook Ads and their APIs
Experience with mobile app analytics (Firebase, AppsFlyer)
Experience adapting analytics to GDPR requirements
