Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kleinere bis mittlere Software-Entwicklungsprojekte zur Digitalisierung des öffentlichen Sektors leiten.
  • Software-Entwickler:innen und UX-Designer:innen fachlich führen und bei Design- und Architekturfragen unterstützen.
  • Die Fachgruppenleitung bei der Ressourcenplanung und der Akquise neuer Projekte unterstützen.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit und effiziente Abläufe zwischen UX, Entwicklung und weiteren Projektbeteiligten sicherstellen.
  • In einem agilen Umfeld arbeiten und agile Methoden bei der Umsetzung von Projekten anwenden.

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Design, Digital Ideation oder eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT- und UX-Projekten sowie in der fachlichen Führung von Software-Entwickler:innen und UX-Designer:innen.
  • Erfahrung in Requirements Engineering, Design Thinking und/oder Human-Centered Design.
  • Kommunikative und kundenorienterte Persönlichkeit mit einem gesunden Mass an Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie sehr selbstständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise.
  • Verständnis für agile Softwareentwicklung sowie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen UX, Design und Development.
