Embedded Software Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an Embedded Software Developer with strong experience in automotive embedded systems, AUTOSAR communication, ECU integration, and security mechanisms. The role involves developing and integrating embedded software components, working with SOME/IP and SecOC, implementing secure communication, and troubleshooting memory and system-level issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and integrate embedded software components for automotive ECUs.

- Work with AUTOSAR communication stacks, including SOME/IP and related communication mechanisms.

- Implement and troubleshoot automotive security mechanisms such as SecOC, message authentication, and TLS.

- Support ECU integration, configuration, testing, and debugging across software and hardware environments.

- Work with NvM, EEPROM, RAM, and ROM allocation and memory-management concepts.

- Analyze and troubleshoot communication, integration, memory, and runtime issues.

- Debug embedded software using logs, debugging tools, traces, and diagnostic information.

- Collaborate with system, hardware, cybersecurity, integration, and validation teams to resolve technical issues.

- Support software integration, testing, defect analysis, and release activities.

- Ensure software development follows applicable automotive development and quality processes.

Tech Stack:

- C/C++, Embedded Systems, AUTOSAR, SOME/IP, SecOC, TLS, NvM, EEPROM, RAM/ROM.

Requirements:

- 3 - 8 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with C/C++ and embedded systems.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional automotive engineering teams.

- Immediate to 20-day notice period preferred.

- Bangalore-based candidates or candidates willing to work from Bangalore preferred.
