Senior Social Media Specialist (Fintech)

About the role:

The Senior Social Media will own the Global organic social media strategy across Meta, X, Reddit, and TikTok. The role manages content planning, copywriting, publishing, community engagement, regional coordination, creative collaboration, and monthly performance reporting. The ideal candidate has strong social media expertise, excellent English copywriting skills, financial or fintech knowledge, and experience working across multiple markets.

Key Responsibility :

• Own organic posting across our Global social accounts (Meta, X, Reddit, TikTok), delivering approximately 10 to 15 posts per month, including copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and content calendar management

• Develop a monthly content strategy for each channel, covering content pillars, posting cadence, and campaign themes aligned with broader marketing and brand objectives
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats, and apply relevant findings to channel strategy
• Act as the main point of contact for regional social media teams (Thai, Indonesian, European markets, and others), ensuring local-language content stays aligned with the Global account strategy in messaging, timing, and visual direction
• Share global campaign briefs and performance learnings with regional teams, and feed local insights back into global planning
• Collaborate with designers on all creative assets: write clear creative briefs, review output against brand guidelines and financial industry standards, and manage timelines so all creative goes live on schedule
• Monitor comments and community activity, engage where appropriate, and escalate issues when needed
• Track and report on channel performance monthly (growth, reach, engagement, and other agreed KPIs), and use data to refine the following month's strategy

  Notes：This is a strategy and execution role. Design work is handled by the design team; this role is responsible for strategy, coordination, and publishing.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on social media experience, with proven ownership of organic strategy and publishing for brand accounts
• Working experience in the financial industry , Fintech or similar, or a investment background with solid market knowledge
• Strong understanding of how Meta, X, Reddit, and TikTok each operate, including what content performs on each platform and why
• Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills
• Experience working with designers, including writing creative briefs and providing clear feedback
• Experience coordinating with regional or cross-market teams, ideally across languages and time zones
• Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
• Ability to read analytics dashboards and produce clear performance reports
