Product Manager - ML

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI/ML-based products.
• Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to develop machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Translate business problems into AI/ML product opportunities.
• Gather and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
• Define product KPIs, success metrics, and model performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Analytics, UX, Operations, and Business.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.
• Ensure AI models align with business goals, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Monitor product adoption, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage Agile product delivery, sprint planning, and backlog prioritisation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of Product Management experience.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML products, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, Generative AI, or automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and the AI product lifecycle.
• Experience working with Data Science, MLOps, and Engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.
