Обязанности:

  • Поддержка и развитие текущей production-инфраструктуры.
  • Развёртывание и сопровождение on-prem решений у клиентов.
  • Поддержка CI/CD, Kubernetes, мониторинга, логирования и инфраструктурной автоматизации.
  • Участие в расследовании инцидентов, настройке алертов, backup/restore и улучшении стабильности сервисов.
Требования:
  • Must-Have:
  • Опыт DevOps / SRE / System Engineering от 1 года.
  • Опыт поддержки production-систем.
  • Уверенное администрирование Linux: systemd, networking, DNS, TLS, SSH, users/permissions, logs, resource limits.
  • Docker: сборка образов, registry, Docker Compose, troubleshooting контейнеров.
  • Kubernetes: deployments, services, ingress, configmaps/secrets, probes, resources, namespaces, Helm, troubleshooting pod/node/network issues.
  • CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins или аналог; rollback, environments, artifacts, secrets, approval gates.
  • On-prem / hybrid infrastructure: развёртывание сервисов на VM/bare metal, private registry, сетевые ограничения, VPN, firewall, offline/limited-network installation.
  • Infrastructure as Code / automation: Terraform и Ansible; модули, state, inventory, environment separation.
  • Monitoring и logging: Prometheus, Grafana, alerting, ELK/OpenSearch/Loki.
  • Понимание SLI/SLO/SLA и практики incident response.
  • Сети: TCP/IP, HTTP(S), DNS, load balancing, NAT, firewall/security groups, VPN.
  • Базовая безопасность: secrets management, least privilege, IAM/RBAC, TLS certificates, image scanning, безопасная работа с production-доступами.
  • Опыт с cloud или hybrid-инфраструктурой: AWS, GCP, Azure, Yandex Cloud или аналог.
  • Nice-To-Have
  • PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ: эксплуатация, backup/restore, базовый troubleshooting.
  • Argo CD / Flux, GitOps.
  • Vault, SOPS, External Secrets.
  • Blue-green / canary deployments.
  • Trivy, Snyk, SonarQube, GitLab Security.
  • Опыт сопровождения enterprise/on-prem клиентов.
  • Опыт работы с high-load или security-sensitive продуктами.
  • Cost optimization в cloud.
