Role Context and Objectives

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter, who will join our HR team and support talent acquisition activities with a strong focus on identifying high-potential profiles.

What will be your challenge?

For our Tirana office, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter who will support the assigned HR Business Partner in managing end-to-end recruiting processes.

The role involves:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination and execution, and offer proposal
• Maintaining and updating the internal candidate database
• Producing and managing recruitment reports and dashboards
• Participating in ad hoc HR and talent acquisition projects

Are you ready to join our team?

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 1-2 years of experience (including internships) in recruiting, preferably within headhunting firms or recruiting agencies
• Experience in IT recruitment (e.g., data, AI, cloud profiles) is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques
• Excellent command of MS Office tools
• Good knowledge of Italian language is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, flexibility, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
