What you will be responsible for:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling of appointments.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain departmental documents, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
• Assist in travel arrangements, itinerary planning, and expense claim submissions
• Support in organizing business activities, events, and cross-functional coordination efforts.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documentation in an organized manner.
• Assist in tracking projects, deadlines, and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.
