[What the role is]
You will be a strategic catalyst in the Planning & Development Department, where we are evolving from traditional process management to digital-first estate governance. In this role, you won't just support the Facilities & Estate Management division; you will be the brain behind our operational excellence. You will lead the periodic review and modernization of procedures, budget planning, and cost-norming with a heavy focus on digitalization and data-driven decision-making. From overseeing tendering processes to monitoring KPIs and utility management, you will ensure JTC’s facilities management is both robust and future-ready. This includes spearheading quality assurance audits and designing the next generation of FM training programs to upskill our entire division.[What you will be working on]
Process Modernization & Digitalization: You will lead the charge in transforming our FM procedures into streamlined workflows. You will proactivelyidentifyopportunitiestodigitalizeroutine checks and improve the efficiency of our FM services.
Strategic Budgeting & Cost Governance: You will manage the division’s budget planning and develop standardized cost norms for FM services. Your work ensures that spendingremainsefficient and that our tendering and awarding processes are grounded in robustfinancial data.
Performance & Utility Optimization: You willbe responsible forthe monitoring ofKPIs and utilities management across JTC’s portfolio.You will analyze consumption patterns and performance metrics to ensure our estate management targets are consistently met.
Strategic Management Reporting: You will translate operational data into high-level reports for management. By providing clear visibility into budget health, utility trends, and KPI progress, you will enable senior leadership to make informed,timelydecisions for the division.
[What we are looking for]
Background in Real Estate, Facilities or Building Management, Technical or Engineering Fields (egMechanical, Electrical) or equivalent.
You should be a team player, self-drivenand able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
You should have at least 2 years of relevantworkingexperience.
