Your Role & Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product backlogs across assigned ServiceNow product areas
• Prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical debt based on business value and organizational priorities
• Ensure delivery teams have a well-defined and prioritized backlog of work
• Make day-to-day prioritization and trade-off decisions that maximize platform value
• Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and platform teams to understand business objectives and operational challenges
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, workshops, sprint planning meetings, and requirements discussions
• Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into ongoing product priorities
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product delivery lifecycle
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, developers, testers, and architects to ensure successful delivery
• Review and accept completed work to validate alignment with business expectations
• Translate strategic roadmap objectives into executable backlog items and delivery plans
• Identify dependencies, opportunities, and risks across multiple product teams and ServiceNow domains
• Support platform adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote consistent product ownership practices across Agile delivery teams

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, or related disciplines
• Proven experience working within Agile and Scrum environments
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, and requirement refinement skills
• Ability to balance competing priorities while making informed trade-off decisions
• Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation capabilities
• Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-value mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

• Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
• Experience supporting one or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  • Security Operations (SecOps)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
  • Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Employee Experience Portals
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with platform modernization and large-scale technology programs

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred
• Other Agile, Product Management, or ServiceNow certifications are highly valued

• Competitive Compensation -$52-$62 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
