Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project and service delivery, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations, cross-functional teams, and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery management, ensuring projects are executed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage multiple projects, programs, and delivery teams across different business functions.
- Develop delivery strategies, project plans, resource allocation models, and execution roadmaps.
- Establish governance frameworks, delivery metrics, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks, implementing mitigation plans proactively.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and delivery efficiency through standardization and best practices.
- Manage project budgets, resource utilization, capacity planning, and financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and delivery standards.
- Provide regular delivery updates, management reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12 - 20 years of experience in project management, program management, or delivery management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, multiple delivery teams, and complex engagements.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent stakeholder management, client relationship management, and communication skills.
- Experience in resource planning, budget management, risk assessment, and operational governance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management and delivery tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic business environment.
