Role: Senior Project Manager - Program Manager (PMP Certified)

Work Shift: US Business Hours (7 PM - 4 AM)

Location: Bangalore - Gurugram (Hybrid)

Experience: 8 - 15 Years Overall | 8+ Years in Project Management

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented, and hands-on Project Manager cum Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of managing multiple large-scale programs, driving delivery excellence, and enforcing rigorous project governance across teams.

This is not a coordination role. We are seeking a hardcore project management professional who can challenge stakeholders, drive accountability, manage risks proactively, and ensure execution against aggressive timelines.

The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks, and hold a valid PMP certification. Exposure to the US Healthcare domain will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership:

- Lead multiple concurrent projects and enterprise-wide programs from initiation through closure.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and success metrics.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, governance reports, and executive dashboards.

- Drive end-to-end delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Manage interdependent workstreams and cross-functional teams across technology, business, operations, and vendor organizations.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.

- Conduct executive-level reviews and steering committee meetings.

- Escalate issues proactively and drive timely resolution.

- Communicate project health, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively.

Delivery Governance:

- Establish and enforce PMO standards, project controls, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure project compliance with organizational processes and quality standards.

- Track KPIs, project metrics, resource utilization, and delivery performance.

- Drive accountability across teams and vendors.

Risk & Issue Management:

- Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans.

- Manage dependencies, project constraints, and change requests.

- Ensure projects remain on track regarding scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Agile Program Management:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies where required.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering Teams, and Business Stakeholders.

- Drive release planning, sprint governance, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking.

Reporting & Dashboarding:

- Build and maintain executive dashboards using Smartsheet and other reporting tools.

- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports.

- Present project health indicators and portfolio insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.

- PMP Certification (Mandatory).

- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.

- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise projects and programs.

Strong expertise in:

- JIRA

- Confluence

- Smartsheet

- MS Project

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing distributed/global teams.
