As a Project Lead Solution, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic B2B projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. You will collaborate with customers, business teams, technology teams, and external partners to drive successful project execution while managing risks, governance, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation, planning, execution, deployment, to project closure.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and implementation timelines to ensure successful project execution.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
Drive project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve project milestones and business targets.
Monitor project progress, budget utilization, resource allocation, and overall project performance while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
Manage customer communications throughout the project lifecycle, including project status updates, steering committee meetings, and issue resolution.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, production go-live, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth solution delivery.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing project management methodologies, governance, reporting, and delivery processes while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 4 years of experienceas a Project Manager, Project Lead, or equivalent role delivering technology or digital transformation projects.
Experience in customer-facing roles, managing enterprise clients or B2B solution implementations is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of project management disciplines, including project planning, scheduling, resource management, change management, budget control, and risk management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Visio, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are considered an advantage.
