The Purchasing Projects Associate will assist the Purchasing Inventory Projects Specialist in overseeing the maintenance of purchase orders and data for Retail Projects. Oversee supply inventory levels for the warehouses and work with Supply vendors. Maintain vendor updates in all systems.
Responsibilities:
Clerical duties, including data entry and system maintenance.
Assist the IPS on special department projects
Maintain integrity of supply inventory in the warehouse
Coordinate and oversee accounts for Supply vendors: Office Depot, Uline, Amazon
Work with Vendors to secure inventory
Maintain and update Vendor information in all systems
Invoice coding
Generate reports for review
Other duties as assigned by Purchasing- Systems & Projects Manager
Follow and support departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Proficiency in and knowledge of:
Personal computers, especially Windows, including Word, Excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to train and support:
AS400 computer programs and PC based programs.
Handle and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
Ability to work well alone or with others with minimal supervision.
Pay Rate:
The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
$16.75 per hour+ Incentives
