In this role, you will be the strategic partner to a portfolio of customers, guiding them to achieve their business goals while maximizing the value they get from Blink. You will build strong relationships, drive adoption, and support customer growth. The position is based in London with a hybrid work model.

Missions

  • Developing a deep understanding of each customer’s business objectives, challenges, and industry trends, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading renewal and expansion conversations, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to champion the voice of the customer and inform the product roadmap.
