We are looking for exceptional, crypto-native operators to join our team as Business Leads.

This is not a traditional strategy role. You will take ownership of a meaningful product, market, or customer segment and be accountable for turning opportunities into measurable business results. You will identify where Blockchain.com can win, develop the commercial strategy, work with Product and Engineering to build the right experience, and drive execution across the business.

You will operate at the intersection of crypto markets, product, growth, and commercial strategy. The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent judgment, deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment.

You should be genuinely immersed in crypto: following markets, understanding how users behave, testing products, tracking emerging platforms and protocols, and developing your own views on where the industry is heading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the strategy and commercial performance of a strategic product, market, or customer segment within our Consumer business.
• Identify high-potential opportunities through market analysis, customer insight, competitive research, and a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
• Develop and test clear hypotheses for driving users, activity, volume, revenue, balances, retention, margin, and profitability.
• Build compelling business cases covering market potential, customer demand, product requirements, economics, execution, and risk.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to define priorities and launch customer-facing products and features.
• Partner with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Regional teams to take initiatives from idea to execution.
• Shape pricing, positioning, distribution, and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish a rigorous operating cadence around performance, experimentation, launches, and business results.
• Communicate recommendations clearly, challenge assumptions, and align senior stakeholders around priorities and trade-offs.
• Move quickly, learn from results, and continuously refine the strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• A strong track record in crypto, fintech, investing, product, growth, strategy, consulting, or another highly analytical and commercially focused environment.
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, products, platforms, and customer behaviour. We are looking for genuine participation and curiosity-not simply an interest in the industry.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, with the intellectual curiosity to go deep into unfamiliar problems.
• Commercial judgment and comfort working with business models, pricing, funnels, unit economics, profitability, and market sizing.
• The ability to develop clear, original views and support them with data, customer insight, and market knowledge.
• Strong product instinct and the ability to work effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• Clear, concise communication and the confidence to operate around senior leaders.
• A hands-on mentality. You are as comfortable building the analysis and driving execution as you are presenting the strategy.
• High agency, sound judgment, and a strong bias toward action.
• The ambition to build something meaningful in one of the fastest-moving industries in the world.

Because the European Union Commission has determined that United States data privacy laws do not ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data collected from EU data subjects, the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under the standard contractual clauses. 

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment.  Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have the right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
