Bluemool Limited, a real estate and construction firm, is seeking a polished, welcoming, and organised Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, staff, and other stakeholders while providing reception and administrative support.

• Welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls and enquiries.
• Respond to routine enquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
• Manage visitor registration, access procedures, and appointments.
• Receive, sort, record, and distribute incoming mail, courier items, and documents.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
• Notify relevant employees of visitors' arrival and assist with access and logistics.

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' relevant experience in front desk, reception, customer service, administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous, and welcoming personality.
• Strong telephone and front-desk etiquette.
• Good organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional presentation.
• Experience in real estate, corporate offices, hospitality, or professional services is an advantage.
