Software Engineer, Agent
The Role
You’ll work directly with life sciences clients to understand their pain points and implement AI-powered solutions using the Bluenote platform. You’ll design and build workflow automation and help bring life-saving therapies to patients faster.
This role is ideal for technically strong individuals with a product mindset who thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments and are excited to be at the forefront of real-world LLM applications.

What You’ll Do
Work directly with clients and subject matter experts to understand their processes and needs, codifying this into software and evaluation datasets.
Build and customize AI workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
Own end-to-end deployments from prompt crafting to evaluation.
Iterate quickly with users to improve output.
Serve as a bridge between customer needs and Bluenote’s platform capabilities.

What You Bring
5+ years of post-college experience in software engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience in leading major product launch and/or customer implementations
Hands-on experience crafting prompts and building with LLMs.
Solid understanding of systems thinking and problem decomposition.
Prior customer-facing or consulting experience is a strong plus.
