Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance services.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and make informed technical decisions considering scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Lead projects end-to-end.
  • Review architecture.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
  • Conduct strong code reviews.
  • Break down large projects.
  • Identify risks early and Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Coordinate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design.
  • Take ownership of production issues.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Rust, Go, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of: REST APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, System Design, Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Strong in DSA and algorithms - Must have.
  • Strong experience in Javascript/ Typescript/ Front end technologies.
