Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of hands-on backend development in Java and Spring Boot. Familiarity with Python is a plus.
Strong data structures and algorithms fundamentals, with sound reasoning about time and space complexity.
Solid core Java and object-oriented design, including collections, concurrency basics, and SOLID principles applied in practice.
Working knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) schema design, indexing, and transactions.
Familiarity with unit testing, Git, and AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).
Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or message queues is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a bias for ownership and the appetite to learn quickly in a startup environment.
