The Role

You'lltake high-impact client projects from pitch through plan to delivery, running several concurrently across our Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems. You'llnavigate complex enterprise environments, orchestrating cross-functional technical teams while keeping command over project health and delivery timelines. Clients judge us on whether projects land on time and on budget, and that call sits with you. You'llrun both waterfall and agile delivery, choosing whichever fits the engagement, and use Kantataand Jira to track health and surface risk before it becomes a problem. You'llcarry real autonomy here, several live client relationships and direct executive exposure, with the final say on delivery calls.

What you'lldo

• Lead concurrent projectsacross our Salesforce and Adobe

  ecosystems, from platform upgrades through to full enterprise implementations.

• Orchestrate delivery teamsto deployintegratedfront-office solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder client environments.

• Own client communicationas the hub between in-house technical teams, external vendorsand executive-level clients.

• Report status coherentlywith timely

  clear updates,

  whilst

  managing dependencies and mitigating riskto hit milestones and deliver outcomes on time.

• Manage project financialsincluding budgets, resource utilisationand revenue reporting, keeping every project on target margin.

• Track delivery healthin Kantataand Jira, running waterfall or agile depending on what each engagement needs.

What you'llbring

• Experience, 5 years+ in Project Management in a digital consultancyor professional services environment.

• Multi-project delivery experience, running several concurrent enterprise client projects rather than one large programme.

• Experience deliveringSalesforce, with hands-on delivery experience on Adobe

  as a ‘Nice to have’.

• Financial ownershipof project budgets, marginand revenue reporting alongside delivery timelines.

• Stakeholder management, confident as the single point of contact between technical teams, vendorsand executive-level clients.

• Delivery method range, equally comfortable running waterfall and agile and knowing which fits the engagement.

• Tooling fluencywith delivery and resourcing platforms such as Kantataand Jira, or close equivalents.
