Sales Executive (Aruba)

Help grow Bocobay's Aruba portfolio

Bocobay is an established luxury property management company with ambitious plans to grow across the Caribbean. We're looking for a confident, well-connected Sales Executive to help expand our portfolio in Aruba.

You'll build relationships with villa and condo owners, developers, and real estate professionals. You'll learn what property owners are looking for, explain how Bocobay's property management and specialist marketing can support their goals, and guide prospective partners through the decision to join our portfolio.

You don't need to come from a traditional sales background. What matters most is your ability to build trust, identify opportunities, and follow through.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new opportunities with luxury property owners, developers, and real estate agents.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across Aruba's property market.
• Meet prospective partners, understand their goals, and present the value of Bocobay's property management and specialist marketing.
• Guide prospects through the acquisition process, from the first conversation to signing.
• Represent Bocobay in the local market and ensure every interaction reflects the level of service we promise.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline, maintain clear records of opportunities, and work toward agreed growth targets.

What we're looking for

• A natural relationship builder who communicates confidently and earns people's trust.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Aruba's property market, ideally with connections among local property owners, developers, or real estate professionals.
• A proactive approach to finding leads, following up, and turning conversations into opportunities.
• The confidence to work independently, organize your own schedule, and stay focused on results.
• A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.

Sales or business development experience is an advantage, but we're open to people with strong local networks and a genuine ability to connect with property owners and decision-makers. Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamento language skills are an asset.
