Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key IT and software development initiatives. The role involves identifying market opportunities, translating business objectives and user needs into product requirements, and leading cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver software solutions. The Product Manager will also oversee feature prioritization, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define, develop, and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify market trends, user needs, and product opportunities.
• Gather and translate business and user requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, features, and development initiatives.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee product development throughout the SDLC, from planning and development to testing, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Track product performance through KPIs and data analysis, using insights to guide product decisions and improvements.
• Ensure alignment between product initiatives, business objectives, technical capabilities, and user experience.
• Communicate product updates, priorities, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management within the IT or software development sector.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, software products, and product development processes.
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and product execution.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in requirements gathering, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of UX principles and user-centered product development.
• Data analysis skills and the ability to use product metrics to support decision-making.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fintech experience is a plus.
