Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k

As a Repair Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, you will play an important role in helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties through professional roofing repairs and service. This position is primarily field-based and includes daily travel to local job sites using a company-provided vehicle. Responsibilities include evaluating roofing systems, identifying damage or areas of concern, recommending appropriate solutions, and performing repairs that meet company quality and safety standards.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, climbing ladders, and completing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent and one to two years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade, along with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with homeowners.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a driving record that satisfies company and insurance requirements, and be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Flexibility is essential, as overtime may be required and technicians are expected to work two Saturdays per month during the busy season. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while representing Bone Dry Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
