How You'll Make An Impact

In this role, you will manage a dual motion across new business acquisition and existing account growth withinBoomi's Commercial market segment in Malaysia. You will work with both prospective and existing customers in complex business environments, serving as a trusted advisor who identifies and pursues new opportunities while deepening relationships within your current portfolio.

Whether engaging net-new prospects or expanding within established accounts, you will develop a deep understanding of each customer's business processes and data management challenges, devising innovative, consultative solutions that drive immediate value and support long-term success. This is a high-velocity role that rewards both the ability to open doors and the discipline to grow what's behind them.

What You'll Do 

• Act as a trusted business advisor to C-level business audiences using in-depth knowledge of Boomi technology, products, and services to help customers formulate strategy and direction
• Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, design, and propose business solutions
• Engage cross-functional resources in order to achieve goals and meet customer needs
• Analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate and identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution
• Develop and implement account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives
• Earn prospective customer’s confidence by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and reliability throughout sales engagement
• Design appropriate post-sale implementation plans

The Experience You Bring

• Minimum 5 years experience in relationship selling
• Sales or Pre-sales experience (with keen sales mind)  
• Experienced in technical solution selling, Middleware solutions experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Language skills required: English, Bahasa Melayu mandatorily required
• MEDDPICC sales methodology experience preferred
• Ability to accurately forecast future sales, track & report on critical sales and account metrics
• Execute on pipeline and bookings growth strategies
• Able to work in a remote setting, willing to travel for events and client meetings
