AI Engineer / Full-Stack AI Systems | Kosmo

We are currently looking for a strong AI Engineer to join Kosmo - a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic (90% SEO-first).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Build AI agents and automated workflows for business operations.
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using modern LLM frameworks.
• Work with RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI infrastructure.
• Automate website deployment and operational processes.
• Develop internal AI tools for SEO, content, and product teams.
• Build integrations using Python and APIs.
• Run experiments and optimize AI solutions based on performance metrics.
• Monitor production AI systems and continuously improve their quality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Must-have experience:

• Experience building AI solutions with LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or multi-agent systems.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience integrating AI APIs and automating workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Docker, Linux, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI-powered content generation or automation is a plus.
• Systems thinking, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.
