Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of core operational processes and domain infrastructure. You will manage domains, services, access, vendors, budgets, and operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive process automation to support the company’s growth. 

What you will do: 

• Own the full domain lifecycle: zone selection, registration, NS/DNS, email, CMS connection, renewal or disposal.
• Ensure the capacity of the domain pipeline meets the production plan.
• Diversify risks.
• Centrally manage services, access, balances, and the operational budget of the function.
• Handle abuse cases (DMCA, Cloudflare, registrars) by building processes and SLAs.
• Identify bottlenecks and prepare technical requirements for automation for the technical team.
• Maintain the company’s operational tracking and provide weekly reports to the CEO.
• Directly manage the Domain & Access Specialist and, if necessary, expand the team as volumes grow.

What we expect from you: 

• 3+ years of experience in operations / project management with an operational focus.
• Practical understanding of domain infrastructure: registrars, zones, NS/DNS, Cloudflare, SSL, domain email.
• Experience managing a large number of accounts and services (AdsPower, proxies, Google accounts).
• Experience working with vendors: negotiations, wholesale terms, non-standard payment methods, including crypto.
• Experience managing an operational budget.
• Strong Google Sheets skills: complex trackers, linked spreadsheets, pivot tables, automations.
• Experience setting tasks in Jira: decomposition, prioritization, SLA control.
• Experience writing and implementing SOPs from scratch.
• English - B2+: written communication with registrars, hosting providers, and services.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with DMCA and abuse complaints.
• Experience hiring and onboarding team members.
• Basic SQL, Apps Script, or no-code skills for automating routine tasks.
