HR BP Lead | Head Office

What you will do: 

• Partner with the COO and Heads of Service Teams through regular syncs, providing support on people-related decisions and team development.
• Develop and adapt HR processes for HO and Service Teams, contributing to their automation.
• Monitor BU satisfaction with Service Functions: collect feedback, ensure timely communication to function leads, and support the quality of collaboration.
• Monitor and manage people-related risks: identify, escalate, and mitigate risks across HO and Service Teams in a timely manner.
• Analyze HR metrics, track team dynamics, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage the HRBP and HRPP team: set priorities and tasks, drive development, ensure quality of work, build the team, manage workload, and maintain a balance between task volume and service quality.

What we expect from you: 

• 2-3 years of experience in an HRBP Lead or similar role, with people management experience and an understanding of the specifics of working in a holding company or Head Office environment.
• Experience building and managing an HR team, from team formation to development and achieving results.
• Experience designing, implementing, and transforming HR processes.
• Experience working with Head Office or shared services teams.
• Strong skills in managing complex people-related risks across business areas and functions.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate insights into recommendations for the business.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills at the COO and business/function leadership level.
• Experience in HR process automation and AI-driven transformation.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level and higher.
