Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Email Marketing Specialist who wants to grow in email marketing within a team with established processes, ready-to-use templates, and experienced mentors. You’ll learn through real campaigns, clear examples, and regular feedback rather than figuring everything out on your own. 

What you will do: 

• Build email campaigns in Customer.io and Brevo using drag-and-drop and HTML.
• Work with A/B tests: formulate hypotheses, analyze results, and improve conversion.
• Prepare briefs for designers on banners, tests, and templates.
• Handle the technical migration of email campaigns to new domains.
• Prepare reports and work with metrics.
• Research the content calendar: collect holidays and dates by GEO for weekly and monthly planning.

What we expect from you: 

• 6+ months of experience in email marketing, CRM, or retention.
• Experience with ESP platforms; experience with Brevo or Customer.io will be a plus.
• Experience with basic user segmentation.
• Experience building and launching promotional campaigns and working with a content calendar.
• Basic HTML email coding and drag-and-drop editing skills.
• Confident Google Sheets/Excel skills: data collection, formatting, and basic formulas for reporting.
• Attention to detail when working with clear rules and checklists, including brand templates, tracking links, and GEO adaptations.
• Basic English for working with foreign sources, including holidays, dates by GEO, and references.
