  • Help identify, track and escalate risks, issues or delays early so they can be resolved quickly.
  • Assess and document requirements for new systems and tools, supporting accurate project estimates and planning.
  • Make sure Digital Operations activity is fully captured and considered within project delivery plans.
  • Support smooth handovers between release, project and incident support teams.
  • Contribute to workshops with technical and process teams to help drive accurate, consistent decisions.
  • Provide practical support and subject-matter input to current and future digital implementation projects.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.
  • A structured, organised approach to delivery and improving business processes.

  • Confidence working across multiple systems and picking up new tools quickly.
  • The ability to stay calm and organised while working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced online environment.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to raise risks and issues early.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including early starts, when required.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in project delivery within a digital, eCommerce or customer-facing environment.
  • Exposure to digital releases, cutover planning or implementation activity.
  • Experience supporting change management across multiple teams or workstreams.
  • Familiarity with testing processes such as exploratory testing, automated testing or UAT.
