Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in daily production support and continuous improvement activities.
- Support process documentation, including work instructions, process flow charts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in production line optimization projects to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize manufacturing data and prepare reports.
- Support troubleshooting of production issues and implementation of corrective actions.
- Assist in tooling, equipment, and manufacturing process validation activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Support lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives.
- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the Manufacturing Engineering team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Able to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
