We are looking for a motivated and curious colleague to join our team in Cluj.

This is a unique opportunity to combine business controlling, sales planning, and customer acquisition support in a highly international environment, working closely with global Sales teams.

In this role, you will:

• Drive sales planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting activities, transforming data into meaningful business insights.
• Coordinate global planning cycles, including Current Forecast, Target Business Plan, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure high-quality and reliable business information through data validation and plausibility checks.
• Support pricing, revenue, and profitability-related topics, contributing to business transparency and performance.
• Lead customer acquisition activities from opportunity identification through project award, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Manage acquisition timelines, business case preparation, and internal approval processes.
• Analyze profitability, capacity, investment, and volume scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate the transition from acquisition to series production and support Contract & Change Management activities.
• Act as a key interface between multiple business functions, helping align teams and drive successful outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Background in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in controlling, or support on acquisitions
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
• Advanced Excel knowledge and affinity for digital tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Very good English and German language skills
