Bring your expertise to the forefront and lead the charge in designing and implementing innovative logistics solutions within SAP S/4HANA, helping optimize warehousing, transportation, and logistics processes worldwide.

In this role you will be working closely with Business Experts, Architects, and Development Teams. You will also turn complex requirements into scalable solutions while shaping the technical direction of our Supply Chain landscape.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements in the areas of inbound and outbound logistics and advise stakeholders on the best technical implementation approaches.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions for SAP logistics modules, including Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Transportation Management (TM).
• Create and review comprehensive solution concepts, validate them through Proof of Concepts, and present technical alternatives and recommendations to project committees.
• Evaluate technical implementation options with regard to feasibility, risks, costs, development effort, and long-term maintainability.
• Estimate custom development scope, required capacities, costs, and potential technical debt.
• Coordinate and guide development activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Promote knowledge sharing within the team and actively contribute to code reviews and design reviews.
• Mentor developers and support the continuous improvement of development practices and solution quality.
• Support the global rollout of SAP applications and assist key users during deployment and introduction phases across international locations.

We are looking for you if you have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP development, ideally in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Strong expertise in ABAP development.
• Practical experience implementing and developing solutions within: SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Logistics Execution (LE), SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate technical options, implementation effort, risks, and long-term maintainability.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with: BOPF, RAP, CDS, OData Services, SAP Fiori, Key User Extensibility, SAP BTP.
• Experience working in large international transformation programs.
• German language skills.
