Intern, Order to Cash

We're currently looking for an Intern, Order to Cash to join our fantastic team! Your responsibilities:
- Support the team in performing credit checks, obtaining credit assurance and maintaining credit and financial master data for customers where relevant
- Monitor shared mailboxes and route incoming requests to the appropriate team members
- Support the review of customer open items and identify items requiring further investigation
- Help resolve basic customer queries related to invoices and payments
- Support overdue invoice collection activities (follow-up with customers, forwarding cases to external collection agency)
- Investigate invoicing queries/payment deductions from customers; identify need for credit notes, refunds or minor write-offs
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to obtain information required for issue resolution
- Prepare and update process documentation and work instructions under the guidance of experienced team members
Our requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic analytical and Excel skills, such as sorting, filtering and using simple formulas
- Good communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of German will be a plus
- Ability to organize your work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with guidance
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools, such as SAP and ServiceNow
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a finance environment
