Perform product and program management with definition of priorities, P&L, meeting market/ customer requirements.

Create market introduction strategies by creating and providing sales and markting concepts and kits.

Continously survey and analyse the markets and competition to derive product strategies.

Develop concepts for new products, evaluate technical and economical feasibility, coordinate with interface departments and prepare decisions. Coordinate the realisation.

Ensure a competitive market coverage, TOP vehicle coverage and time to market.

Economic or Engineering academic education, 985/ 211 school preferred.

Job experience (3-5 years) within automotive for Japan/ Korea/ ASEAN/ Ocienia market.

Know automotive rotating machine and spark plug industry including market, manufacuturer, players, products, etc.

Above average data analysis and presentation skills (sales pitch). Understand the ERP systems

Very good English language skills, can speak and read mandarin

Strong knowledge which function the products fulfil in the vehicle, how they differentiate and their features and benefits on both the commercial and the technical side and present them to the relevant recipients.

Take ownership of market requirements and trends.

Comprehensive Knowledge of the 5P's and their leverages in the market.

Comprehensive Knowledge about product costing/pricing and other product related commercial/financial processes

Skilled in competitor product analysis and consumer behavior analysis

Has to be respected as counterpart by the regional director/country sales director/key accounts/regional marketing functions.
