[SO] Supply Chain_Transport Management Officer (German Shift)

Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, offering end-to-end Engineering, IT, and Business Solutions.

Starting its operation from 2010 at Etown 2 in HCMC, BGSV is the first software development center of Bosch in Southeast Asia. BGSV nowadays have over 4,000 associates, with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. With our unique ability to offer end-to-end solutions that connect sensors, software, and services, we enable businesses to move from the traditional to digital or improve businesses by introducing a digital element in their products and processes.

BGSV currently operates from three offices located at the following addresses:

1. Etown Building - 364 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

2. OfficeHaus Building - 32 Tan Thang Street, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

3. Capital Place Building - 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam

• Plant Coordination & Meetings: Prepare and host regular meetings with plants.
• Savings Tracking & Reporting: Extract and consolidate data from the system; create summaries and charts to track measures, compare results, and monitor savings progress.
• Transport Cost Analysis: Analyze transportation costs, with a focus on air freight, identifying opportunities for mode shifts (e.g., air to sea), localization, and cost optimization; review special freight and WILCO reports.
• Crisis Management: Provide support during unforeseen events
• Tender & Steering Committees: Prepare tenders, verify volumes, collect plant-specific requirements, distribute materials, prepare one-pagers, and actively participate in Steering Committees.
• Sustainability & Green Logistics: Support initiatives that drive environmentally responsible and sustainable logistics practices.
• Stackability & Utilization Projects: Track global stackability and utilization initiatives, working in tandem mode to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Implementation Support (Sea Freight EU-AP): Support plants in implementing new logistics service providers after tenders, including shipment tracking and coordination with external partners (suppliers, LSPs, customs, etc.).
• Supporting Time: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Vietnam time

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively operate in a business environment
• German language proficiency is an advantage
• Experience in cost analysis, reporting, and savings tracking
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management, transportation, or logistics coordination, preferably in an international environment
• Familiarity with sustainability and green logistics initiatives
• Strong collaboration skills with plants, suppliers, LSPs, and customs authorities
• Analytical mindset to track utilization, stackability, and transport KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP systems, Power BI dashboards, and MS Teams
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Excel VBA) with exposure to Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for participation in global meetings
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and handle daily operational updates efficiently
