- Provides and manages ad hoc requests, including prioritization and escalation activities.
- Proposes improvement initiatives for the CTG department.
- Maintains and updates the monthly reporting files.
- Automating operational reports.
- Digitizing manual data collection activities.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and digital tools for performance monitoring.
- Supporting digitalization and continuous improvement projects.
- Supports colleagues in preparing reports, completing questionnaires.
- University studies ongoing
- Good level of English language - B2
- Organized and self motivated
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages, mainly Excel and Access
- Knowledge of Power BI and basic SQL is mandatory
