About the role:
You'll be responsible for assisting with variety of administrative tasks including:
schedule meetings & appointments, transportation, booking meeting rooms, answer phone calls and greeting our guests in a professional manner and assisting collogues in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Booking meeting rooms and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Support in transportation, catering etc.
Required skills:
- At least 1 year experience in similar roles
- You have excellent English language skills
- You have a Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent Computer Skills
- You have exceptional organization & interpersonal skills
- Phenomenal attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must
