Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading process discovery and analysis for BotCity clients, mapping and optimizing workflows to uncover automation opportunities that drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable business value. This person will document and validate client and internal workflows, deliver key project artifacts such as PDDs and SDDs, keep stakeholders aligned through regular touchpoints, and contribute data-driven insights that inform product strategy. This role is built for someone with solid experience in process mapping and requirements gathering (including SaaS products), who is process oriented, communicates clearly, prioritizes customer experience, and builds strong stakeholder relationships, while staying organized and analytical in ambiguous or fast-changing environments. This role reports to the Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients to gather, validate, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Map “current” and “future” processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation to guide the implementation of automation.
• Serve as a liaison between client stakeholder, both technical and non-technica and BotCity’s technical team, ensuring clarity and a shared understanding of requirements.
• Maintain and continuously improve the repository of business processes, workflows, and project documentation.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Support change management activities, including training materials, process documentation, and handover guides.
• Monitor process performance metrics and post-implementation results (e.g., time savings, error reduction).
• Contribute best practices, templates, and manuals for process mapping and analysis in the Professional Services area.
