Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET / React)

A hands-on individual contributor role. The work is backend-heavy in .NET, with React on the front, and you will own features across the stack rather than a slice of one. You will work day to day with engineering teams in the US and Mexico, so how clearly you communicate matters as much as what you build.

What you'll do

• Design, build and maintain robust backend systems in .NET
• Build and maintain React front-end applications
• Own features across the full stack, from the API to the screen
• Design APIs, services and backend integrations
• Build responsive front-end experiences
• Work on authentication, authorisation and SSO
• Make architectural and technical decisions and see them through
• Break down complex technical problems and solve them
• Take part in code reviews and engineering discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Deliver quality software with little supervision

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong, hands-on .NET and C# backend engineering
• Solid React and modern front-end development
• The ability to contribute independently on both the backend and the front end
• A good understanding of software architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with databases and third-party integrations
• Experience building authentication and authorisation
• Strong problem solving and clear communication

Nice to have

SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), cloud platforms, payment systems, AI or ML products, security and identity work, and experience working with distributed teams.
