WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

We need to make sure that all of our product experiences can be used by anyone, from anywhere, using any device. As the Senior Product Manager for Accessibility, you will lead the charge in ensuring our products meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive experiences for all users.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and drive the Localization strategy for Box, defining standards, workflows, and tooling to ensure Box products are fully translated, culturally adapted, and market-ready for global audiences

• Lead the UX Platform roadmap, partnering with Design and Engineering to build and evolve the shared component library, design system, and platform primitives that power consistent product experiences across Box

• Define and scale Box’s Accessibility standards, establishing WCAG conformance requirements and inclusive design practices across all Box apps and experiences

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to embed Localization, Accessibility, and UX Platform considerations into the product development lifecycle from planning through launch

• Build and maintain the Localization infrastructure, including translation management systems, internationalization (i18n) frameworks, and vendor relationships to support efficient, high-quality global releases

• Drive adoption of UX Platform components across product teams, reducing duplication, accelerating development velocity, and ensuring design consistency at scale

• Act as the internal SME for Accessibility, Localization, and UX Platform - educating teams, developing internal guidance, and championing these disciplines with senior leadership

• Align with senior leadership on roadmap priorities, report on program health across all three areas, and communicate progress to customers and GTM partners

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated ownership of platform, infrastructure, or foundational product areas

• Proven experience in Localization or Internationalization (i18n/L10n), including familiarity with translation management systems, locale-specific UX considerations, and global go-to-market workflows

• Experience building or scaling a UX Platform, design system, or shared component library, with a strong understanding of how platform investments accelerate product teams

• Working knowledge of Accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, EN 301 549) and a commitment to building inclusive product experiences

• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels - comfortable setting multi-quarter roadmaps while also diving into the details of implementation with Engineering and Design

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing without authority across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
