SME Account Manager

At BOX NOW, we help e-commerce businesses connect with their customers through fast, convenient locker delivery. We’re looking for a sales-driven professional to join our team and turn new SME sign-ups into active, growing partnerships.

Your role

You’ll manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized e-shops using our AnyAPM service, which allows partners to drop off parcels at BOX NOW lockers. From onboarding through our Self-Onboarding platform to ongoing account development, you’ll help partners get connected, start shipping and grow their parcel volumes.

What you’ll do

• Guide SME partners through our Self-Onboarding platform, following up proactively to turn registrations into active accounts.
• Support partners with integration questions, coordinate with our technical team where needed and help them present BOX NOW effectively at checkout.
• Build relationships through regular phone conversations, understanding each partner’s needs and identifying opportunities to grow.
• Use mass communication tools to deliver targeted campaigns, commercial updates and special promotions across your portfolio.
• Monitor account performance in Excel, identify inactive or underperforming partners and take action to increase shipping activity.
• Promote relevant services, including cash on delivery and international shipping, to support partner growth.

What you’ll bring

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management or a similar commercial role.
• A strong sales mindset: you enjoy pursuing opportunities, following up and achieving measurable results.
• Confident communication skills and the willingness to pick up the phone and engage with customers.
• Strong practical Excel skills to analyse data, track performance and prioritise actions. An Excel assessment will be part of the selection process.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Curiosity about e-commerce tools and the ability to explain processes clearly to partners.
• A proactive approach and ownership of your accounts’ performance.
