Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Oracle databases.

- Perform database monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Manage Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN backup and recovery.

- Handle database security, users, roles, privileges, and access control.

- Perform database backup, restore, and disaster-recovery activities.

- Monitor database space, CPU, memory, sessions, and SQL performance.

- Troubleshoot database incidents and production issues.

- Perform database migrations, upgrades, and refreshes.

- Automate routine DBA tasks using SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting.

- Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and DR plans.

- Support high availability and 24x7 production environments.

Tech Stack:

- Oracle Database (12c/18c/19c/21c), RMAN, Data Guard, RAC, ASM, SQL, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting.
