- Collaborating with international business and IT stakeholders
- Participating in workshops, solution discussions and project meetings
The projects are related to the broader TPM / commercial landscape, however previous TPM experience is not required.

- Ability to understand dependencies beyond an individual FI configuration task
- Experience working in complex, international SAP environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and good command of English
- Pragmatic approach and ability to independently propose solutions
Experience in FMCG or large global organisations would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
Availability
The project requires full-time availability from January. An earlier start is possible with approximately 50% allocation before January.
Working hours
The team operates mainly during European business hours. Typically, around two days per week may require availability until approximately 7:00 PM CET due to cooperation with international stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with a flexible and pragmatic approach to working hours - occasional later meetings, for example around 8:00 PM CET, may happen when required by the project, although this is not expected to be the standard working pattern.
