Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 1 to 3 years of experience in quality engineering, specializing in performance testing Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance test plans and scripts using JMeter and HP LoadRunner to validate application scalability and reliability
• Configure and maintain application monitoring tools to track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues proactively
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development, operations, and middleware teams to ensure continuous quality assurance
• Analyze test results, generate comprehensive performance reports, and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Automate REST/SOAP API and middleware integration performance tests to ensure robust system interactions
• Validate performance and reliability of AI agent builds and middleware AI use cases under varying load scenarios
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system architecture for improved throughput in cross-functional environments
• Document test cases, methodologies, and outcomes to support ongoing quality engineering initiatives

Required Skills:

• JMeter for performance testing
• HP LoadRunner for load and stress testing
• Application monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic)
• REST and SOAP API performance testing
• Middleware integration and API-led connectivity
• MuleSoft for API and middleware integration
• Oracle Fusion and CPQ environments
• NICE CaaS and Akamai/WinSCP file transfer processes
• Unit testing
• Configuration management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI agent build and middleware AI use cases
• Performance optimization in Oracle Fusion and CPQ
• Secure data transfer using NICE CaaS and Akamai/WinSCP
• Working with middleware technologies in large-scale enterprise environments

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Certification in performance testing tools such as JMeter or HP LoadRunner
• MuleSoft Certified Developer or similar API/middleware certification (preferred)
